What do you think?
1) Do you do something like the Caring Cowboys?
2) What way do you think we can earn a compliment for a cowboy hat?
We are learning about being Caring Cowboys. Our motto is: I am respectful. I am responsible and, I am safe. On Wednesday, we went around the building and learned about Caring Cowboys. We learned the rules around the school. We get to do a special thing if our class gets 12 cowboy hats. We have to get a compliment from an adult to get a cowboy hat. On Thursday, Mrs. Rugig gave us a compliment when we were walking down the hall being still, silent and straight. Each one of us can earn a Cowboy Cares ticket by showing that we are respectful, responsible and safe.

After learning about different communities the students worked together to design a mural with all three types of communities in a region. The three types of communities were urban (city), rural (country) and suburban. The communities were near mountains, water and plains. Check them out!
